DC TENANTS ORGANIZE TO BUY THEIR DEVELOPMENT
As New York teanants organize for the Tenant Opportunity to Purchase Act (TOPA), sisters and brothers in Washington, DC, are on the move to buy their devlopment under DC's TOPA law. Scott Sommer spoke with tenants from the Park East Affordable Housing Cooperative Project about their campaign to secure housing stability.
