Co-host and former civil rights attorney Stephen Rohde is joined for the full hour by Nadine Strossen Professor of Law Emerita at New York Law School and a leading expert on constitutional law and the First Amendment. The interview explores areas such as case law that has shaped the current limits and protections of the First Amendment and free speech, why tolerating certain hate speech can protect free speech and where hate speech crosses the line.
