MEMORY PART 2
What psychologists and neuroscientists have learned about memory in recent decades is truly astonishing. Our memories are not fixed recordings of our experiences. Every time we recall an event we knit together fragments of our memory in a manner that affirms whatever story we believe to be true. Some research even tells us that our memories can be primmed to recollect events that never actually occurred.
Also fascinating is recent research, making it possible to substantially relieve symptoms of PTSD.
