Co-hosts Heidi Boghosian and Stephen Rohde speak with Northwestern Law School Professor Heidi Kitrosser about its capitulation to the Trump Administration in a recent wide ranging settlement agreement.Professor Kitrosser explains how the settlement violates the first amendment rights of student and faculty at Northwestern University. The professor is an expert on constitutional law, government secrecy and free speech law. She is the author of Reclaiming Accountability: Transparency, Executive Power, and the U.S. Constitution.

In another First Amendment case, hosts are joined by Dario Sanchez, one of the defendants in what the government has labeled the first “Antifa” terrorism court cases. A computer science teacher, Dario was arrested in a pre-dawn raid and along with several others now faces terrorism-related charges stemming from a July 4 protest.
