Kenny Kosek, Marty Cutler, and Edward Haber present a yearly tribute to the late Citizen Kafka, with a plethora of recordings from the 1980's WBAI program, the Citizen Kafka Show, as well as subsequent bluegrass, old-time music, satirical rock'n'roll, and beat poetry form the fertile mind of Richie Shulberg, a.k.a. Citizen Kafka.
