Co-hosts Heidi Boghosian and Stephen Rohde examine a major court victory exposing the Trump administration's targeting non citizens for ideological based deportations. The case known as AAUP v Rubio. Our guest, senior staff attorney at the Knight First Amendment Institute Ramya Krishnan served as lead counsel at the trial and presented the opening and closing arguments to the court. She will unpack the case and explain what it means for our fundamental freedoms.
