JOHN CRAWLEY—FORMER U.S. MARINE AND IRA VOLUNTEER

 I’ll be speaking with John Crawley about his role in the RTE documentary Noraid: Irish America and the IRA, which airs this Wednesday. We’ll also be showing the documentary live at Ernie O’Malley’s on 27th Street between 3rd and Lexington at 4:30pm.
John Crawley is an Irish-American who joined an elite U.S. Marine unit to receive top-level military training—then brought those skills to the Irish Republican Army during some of the most intense and violent years of the conflict between Ireland and Britain.
