He then reads from "The Sword In The Stone" by T.H. White. With Orson Welles, Hedda Hopper, Hans Conried, John McIntire, Agnes Moorehead, John Brown, Walter Tetley, Lud Gluskin and His Orchestra, announcer Jack Mather.

Barbara Ebersole will soon be declared an "unfit mother," but she's been framed and wants very much to keep her daughter. Starring Bob Bailey, Dawn Bender, Frances Robinson, Herb Butterfield, Jay Novello, Noreen Gammill, Stan Waxman, Virginia Gregg, written by David Victor & Herbert Little Jr., music by Eddie Dunstedter, announcer Bud Hiestand.

ORSON WELLES COMMENTARY from ABC net on Aug 11, 1946 #47 Mr. Welles starts his coverage of the Isaac Woodard case with the words "To be born free is to be born in debt. To live in freedom without fighting slavery is to profiteer." "There is no room in the American century for Jim Crow." Orson vows to name the policeman who blinded Isaac Woodard. "I come with a call for action." These broadcasts are excellent examples of the power of radio for good.
