Caribbean Voices And Beyond is a spicy blend of entertainment and information, a callaloo of Caribbean music, personalities, politics and island culture. The program presents interviews with personalities and analysis of events of Caribbean importance, to show how Caribbean cultures have influenced and are influencing world culture and how international developments are impacting the Caribbean, with particular emphasis on the large expatriate Caribbean community resident in the USA. 

Charles Isaac Fergusson is a Trinidad born writer and broadcaster, award winning copywriter, television variety show writer and producer. His articles have been widely published, to include Billboard Magazine, Vibe Magazine, The Village Voice, The New York Daily News, Newsday and Amsterdam News. Fergusson served as Head Writer and a producer of The Annual Caribbean Music Awards Variety Show, televised from the Apollo Theatre, 1991 to 1995. He was also Head Writer of Time Warner's 1993 Pay Per View broadcast of Trinidad and Tobago's mega carnival. He has been a recording artist and performer. In the mid-1980s Fergusson worked as a creative consultant and copywriter for the Sawyer-Miller Advertising Agency; his work on the Government of Columbia War on Drugs print and media campaigns was central to Sawyer-Miller winning a Cleo for Political Advertising in 1986. Fergusson holds BAs with honors in Creative Writing And English from Columbia University and an MA from Columbia University Graduate School of Journalism. He is a United States Army Veteran and award winning military trained Sharpshooter, a hobbyist car builder, expert driver and professional driver instructor.
