Sandra Bland is the young black activist found hanging from the ceiling of a Texas jail cell on Monday. Her family and friends say suicide is unlikely. Today activists protested calling for an investigation.  

Meanwhile, the Texas Jail Commission says the jail where Bland died was in non-compliance with jail standards.
