(Coughing) The sound of demonstrators trying to catch their breath after being sprayed with tear gas by police in Ferguson Missouri.

That’s where the St. Louis prosecutor Bob McCullough announced there would be no indictment for Darren Wilson, the police officer who shot and killed unarmed black teen Mike Brown.
