Ebola Scare

The Ebola panic is adversely affecting the city's students.

In Harlem a mom reported her daughter was a victim of students who screamed Ebola when she coughed and teased her. Another child at Dream Charter School in Harlem was also a victim of taunting when it was found out that he is from West Africa.  Two Amercian born children of Senegaleese parents were repeated taunted ostracized and physically beaten because of their heritage in the Bronx at IS 318.

Harlem State Senator Bill Perkins says the panic about Ebola in the City is caused by poor leadership at the State Level. Give a listen.
