CRYING EARTH RISE UP DOCUMENTARY

Mario interviews Suree Towfighnia, a director, producer, DP, and documentary educator from Chicago, IL., who has been working on the film "Crying Earth Rise Up". The documentary is an intimate portrait of the human cost of uranium mining and its impact on water. It tells the story of protecting land, water and a way of life.  

It is being presented April 26 at 6:30 PM at The Center for Remembering and Sharing at 123 4th Ave on the 2nd floor between 12th and 13th Streets.
