May E. Dooley, M.S., M.A., has been in the home inspection business since 1984. First as director of House Master Home Inspection Service, Suffolk County, NY, and currently as owner of Enviro Health Consulting, where she conducts mold assessments, other indoor air quality investigations, and evaluations of electromagnetic fields. She also has both chemical and radiation sensitivities. She is experienced with both the house health and the human health aspects of environmental inspecting. She is an environmental building inspector, as well as a teacher and lecturer on environmental topics.

Jim Richardson comes to WBAI with a ten-year background as a producer of feature films and TV production. He has a twenty-year background in construction, as an electrical and general contractor. He's spent a year as a building inspector for the City of New York. The last five years he's been working as an electrician, with a microscope and the nose of a bloodhound. He has a hands-on understanding of environmental threats such as mold, electromagnetic fields, air and water quality, and the costs involved. Jim is proud of his contribution in the building and wiring of the city's first, wind-powered electric generator, which can be seen on East 11th street, between Avenues A and B in Manhattan.
