SCOUTUS and Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act

On Monday the Supreme Court will hear arguments on whether or not plaintiffs in a lawsuit challenging the constitutionality of the National Security Agency’s surveillance of Americans’ international phone calls and emails must be recognized as having the right to sue.  WBAI’s Andrea Sears spoke with Alex Abdo, a staff attorney at the American Civil Liberties Union.
