On Monday a federal judge in San Francisco rejected the US government’s latest attempt to invoke state secrets privilege to dismiss a lawsuit challenging warrantless mass surveillance of Americans’ telephone calls and internet records.WBAI’s Andrea Sears spoke with Cindy Cohn, legal director of the Electronic Frontier Foundation.
