Stop and Frisk Trial: Day 6
- New York City 03/27/2013 by Linda Perry (WBAI, New York)

Police officers were grilled about the NYPD practice of Stop and Frisk in court Tuesday. The case is Floyd v. City of New York, a Federal Civil Rights Trial brought by the Center for Constitutional Rights over the NYPD’s controversial policy. During the course of the day, a March 5th, 2013 memo surfaced ordering change in Stop and Frisk Policy. Now NYPD must write a narrative detailing circumstances of stops. Muslims United Against Stop and Frisk rallied outside the trial. WBAI's Linda Perry reports.
